Absolutely amazing customer service, communication, friendliness and professionalism! Both our dryer and refrigerator broke down and they were both completely fixed in 2 days.

Seven months later and several attempts to have my electric dryer repaired with Sears. I finally called Affordable Home Appliance. When he arrived at my residence it took him only 5 minutes to figure out it was the thermostat and not the control board as Sears had stated. In about 20 minutes total my dryer was working again, and the cost was very reasonable. So, I returned the $289. electric control board that I didn't need. I recommend using Affordable Home Appliance for all your repair needs. They are fast, friendly, and affordable. They know their stuff

If you're like me, I hate calling repair companies I know nothing about. I called Affordable Appliance Repair about my dishwasher because they had a five star rating. And now I see why. The serviceman who came was Chris. I knew the moment I met him that he was a person I could trust. He assessed the situation with my dishwasher and knew immediately what was wrong (I had already had someone look at it and he couldn't figure it out). Chris was knowledgeable, organized, efficient and friendly. He even brought a shop vac to get the water out of the bottom of the dishwasher. No mess, no fuss, just went to work and fixed it. I will always call Afforable in the future. Their pricing was fair and I knew exactly the amount before the work was done. I can't say enough good things about Chris and his work!

He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained the repair process in detail as he disassembled and reassembled our dryer. We were very pleased with the professionalism and service we received...would highly recommend for all your appliance repair needs. The pricing was the "icing" on the cake, very affordable for the services rendered.

Charlie saved Thanksgiving! Our range completely stopped working two days before the holiday. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and my husband followed his instructions. Whirlpool frig. with ice maker not working and defrost not draining. Mark came to the rescue. Very professional and price seemed reasonable. Would call again if similar services are needed.
